13 pit bulls euthanized after Compton proprietor’s deadly mauling

Authorities have euthanized all 13 pit bulls that have been present in a Compton man’s yard, the place he was mauled to dying final week.

The canines — 5 grownup pit bulls and eight puppies — have been all put down “resulting from proof linking them to the assault,” in response to an announcement from Don Belton, spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Division of Animal Care and Management.

Deputies and firefighters responded to a name about an individual who appeared to have been attacked by his canine on North Thorson Avenue in Compton early Friday, in response to the Sheriff’s Division.

Upon arriving, they encountered the 13 canines. Sheriff’s investigators initially mentioned it appeared that Cooper had been feeding them when he was attacked.
