Coast Guard investigates attainable oil spill off Huntington Seashore

The U.S. Coast Guard is investigating a possible oil spill off the coast of Huntington Seashore in Orange County, officers stated Friday.

Orange County Supervisor Don Wagner’s workplace confirmed by cellphone that “particulars are scant,” however officers have confirmed that an oil sheen seen on the floor of the water about two miles off the coast shouldn’t be from pure causes.

However Wagner and her colleague Supervisor Katrina Foley each tweeted in regards to the incident Friday morning to their constituents.

“Early ideas are that it’s from a platform,” Foley acknowledged on-line at 8:05 a.m. Town of Huntington Seashore has not introduced closures for any water leisure actions simply but.
